The scenarios in which CAPL offers refunds
CAPL issues refunds only when:
- Customer cancels the order.
- The customer returns the product and requests for a refund.
How you can track the status of your refund after returning a product
Once we receive the returned product, our team verifies the nature of defect or damage. Once validated, we send you an acknowledgement via SMS to your registered mobile number. You can also contact our customer care number at +91 9814038551 Monday to Friday between 10 am to 8 pm or send us an email at email@example.com.
Sometimes you may receive an email or SMS from us confirming the refund request; however the amount does not show in the account. This means that we have initiated the refund request, but the financial organization or bank may be taking longer than promised time to process the refund request. We request you to kindly follow up with the bank for pending refund quoting the reference number provided by our customer care team.
How long it takes to process the refund if you opt for a refund after returning the product?
We process the refund once the product is received by us. You will get an email or SMS from CAPL when the return is accepted as well as the refund is processed.
How you receive the refund amount?
When you use a credit card, debit card or internet banking for making a payment the refund will be credited to the respective account that was used to place the order. The refund is initiated within a maximum of 4 working days after the receipt of the product. It may take around 7 to 10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund. We advise you to contact the bank directly in case of any delays after CAPL confirms the refund.
The timelines of refund
For all the products purchased from our website using a credit card, debit card or net banking the refund time is 4 working days from the date of cancellation of the order or confirmation of the receipt of the product. The refund modes are same as were used while placing the order.
It may sometimes take around 7 to 10 business days for the respective banks to process your refund and reflect it in your credit card, net banking account, or debit card statement.
