CAPL – Shipping & Delivery policy

The products we sell online on CAPL’s website may have shipping charges. The shipping charges depend on various factors such as nature and category of your product and gross weight of the product, etc. We strive to deliver your order accurately, in perfect condition and on time. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policy:

1. Each order can be shipped to a single address that is specified at the time of payment while placing the order. You may need to place multiple orders if you wish to ship products to different addresses.
2. We ensure your order is shipped within 2-3 days of order placement. However in few cases, it may take 5 or more days if there is a heavy demand for a particular product.
3. We ship out orders on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
4. We make shipments only through reputed courier agencies to ensure that the product is delivered fast and in good condition.
5. In case, you do not receive the product in good condition or the package is damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the package and can immediately write us an email at capl.chd@gmail.com mentioning the order reference number. We will ensure that the replacement delivery is made at the earliest.
6. Please note that we will ship all items with invoice. In case you do not receive it, please write us an email at capl.chd@gmail.com mentioning the reference number of your order.
