Our Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting our customer care number +91 9814038551, Monday to Friday (10 AM – 8 PM).
Your order will be cancelled if we have not shipped the product and we will refund the full order value. In case the order has been shipped by us, however it is not yet delivered to you, the order can still be cancelled. In this scenario, the refund will only be processed once we receive the original product back from our logistics or courier partner.
Our Return Policy
CAPL has simple return policy under which you can return any product if you receive it in damaged or defective condition. We have a 48 hours return policy, which implies that you can request for the return of product within 48 hours of receiving it. Plus the product must reach back to our address within a maximum of 10 days from the date of delivery.
CAPL retains the right to examine if the returned product is defective or damaged. In case the product is not defective or damaged we will inform the customer regarding the same and the product will be returned back to your shipping address.
If the returned product is eligible for replacement, CAPL will send the replacement to the shipping address provided by a customer while placing the order, subject to the availability of the product.
Specific conditions under which product returns/replacements may be rejected
The request for replacement, refund or exchange may not be entertained under following scenarios:
|1.||If you request for return after 48 hours of receiving the product.|
|2.||If the products are returned without original packaging, accessories and freebies.|
|3.||The product was damaged after usage or opening.|
|4.||Incidental damage due to a product malfunction.|
|5.||Product with missing or tampered serial number.|
|6.||Any damage or defect that is not covered under the manufacturer warranty.|
How to return the product
Within 48 hours of receiving a product, you can request a return by simply sending us an email at email@example.com or contact us on our customer care number +91 9814038551 Monday – Friday (10 AM – 8 PM).
Please note that the replacement of the product is subject to availability of the stock. In case, we cannot make a replacement we will initiate a refund.
You may need to send the product back in its original packing with all the original manufacturer tags, packaging, box and all items that were shipped along with the product including the accessories or free items.
Do I need to send product or can CAPL collect it from my home?
CAPL offers pick-up facility in most of the cases and cities. There may be a few exceptions to this depending upon the product category and shipping address. You can confirm if the pickup is available at your location by contacting our customer care number +91 9814038551 or write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case we are not able to collect the returnable product from your address, you will have to courier the product so that it reaches us within 10 business days from the date of delivery. We advise you to use only a reputed courier company that allows you to track the consignment online. It is mandatory to take POD (proof of delivery) from the courier company as it is necessary to process the refund or replacement. Replacements are subject to availability of the product stock and in case replacement is not available we will initiate a full refund.
